  I purchased a used car that was previously owned by a heavy smoker. The interior smell was very unpleasant. I contacted Chad at Auto Detailing MN in Eden Prairie and he recommended a thorough interior cleaning of all surfaces as well as the headliner followed by an ozone treatment. (An ozone generator is placed in the car with the car's ventilation system recirculating the O3 throughout the cabin.) He was up-front in stating that they can't eliminate all car odors but said the ozone infusion was the best solution. I was very pleased with the end results. The smoke odor is as practically gone as I can discern and hasn't been masked with another fragrance - maybe some slight remainder of the cleaning products they used. Can't think of anything I would ding their service on. It was timely - despite a heavy seasonal workload - and I was treated with courtesy and was fully informed of everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it. The final bill was even a little bit less than the quote I received - probably because my car was very small. Overall very satisfied.
