  The help that I received was fantastic. I needed a plastic washer for a faucet. Home Depot doesn't sell things so small like this, I was told - so I went to a hardware store. So, I went in and was greeted by an individual named David. He really helped me out. He showed me the washers, but none of them were exactly what I needed ( probably because the faucet was from 1987 ) so he modified a washer by taking the part into the back room and drilled and tweaked it until is would work. He probably helped me for about 20 minutes or longer. All for an .85¢ part. Great customer experience!! Highly recommended. Will go back.
