  Good service, fast turn around, amazing designs, and reliable shipping. Just disappointed that more effort isn't spent on sourcing specifically requested or required material to meet the exact specifications of custom orders.

  We are a smaller team and in recent years have felt that we are not an 'important customer' to TLU so we tend to get put on the back burner. We have used TLU for the past 4 years and have had 4 different account reps due to the previous ones moving on to other jobs. They do create beautiful costumes within your set price range, but last years costumes arrived with holes and glue marks on them where it looked like they took rhinestones off of the costumes. Sizing runs small.
