  Have had many problems with Walgreen's. This summer they could not fill a prescription, due to a national storage. Unknown to me: they called the doctor to get the prescription changed to one they had in stock. I went in to pickup it up and ask questions about it (ie. side effects, etc). The extremely rude arrogant pharmacist said with an thick accent "hey mon the doctor knows what he's doing, don't ask questions" and refused to answer any questions. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT WANT THE NEW PERSCRIPTION. However, THEY STILL CHARGED INSURANCE. After checking I found the the new drug had side effects that would aggravate the condition it was supposed to treat!!! Checked and found out both CVS and Walmart still had a supply of the drug (Walgreen was out of stock), I filled it without insurance for $8 with a coupon CVS gave me. This Walgreen's was very slow removing the charge from insurance for the unfilled new drug, it took a trip into the store, and several more weeks; so I could not use insurance!! It appears Walgreen's cares more about revenue than people. Have had many problems with refills from their email based refill software. Could go on and on. When you call Walgreen's to try and straighten out the email orders one sits for a long time in voicemail system listening to commercials!! According to one doctor, Walgreen's is the most expensive place to fill prescriptions! She told me about Walmart and CVS coupons.

  They didn't have my medication. What a huge disappointment. Going to have fun with this migraine tho!! Waited for 20 minutes and never received a call saying they didn't have it. 20 minutes of my time wasted and the time it took to drive there.
